There are many places to help direct your customers to locate open IT positions. From targeting direct companies to using online job search tools, the most important thing is that they trust the sites and that they keep track of when and where they have applied. Staying organized in their job search will help to keep their efforts on the right track and avoid extra work. Below is a link to the IDES job log; to the right, there are a number of IT and general job search sites we have recommended. Don’t forget to inform your customers to target companies directly if they can locate the company name in the job lead. Also, remember that all companies require IT workers in some capacity. If there is a company that is close to their home and they have always wanted to work there, have them review the company’s website to see if there are any open tech positions.
