Marketing Language  

“In the event that Grant Funds are used in whole or in part to produce any written publications, announcements, reports, flyers, brochures or other written materials, Grantee must obtain Prior Approval for the use of those funds (2 CFR 200.467) and must include in these publications, announcements, reports, flyers, brochures and all other such material, the phrase 'Funding provided in whole or in part by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.'"

​It is recommended that marketing materials used under any potential future awards be created in compliance with the terms of the grant agreement.
