Welcome to the Illinois Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL), part of the federally funded job training program - Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Here, you can apply to have your high-quality training programs listed on the Illinois ETPL. The ETPL is a list where those needing training can find programs that lead to in-demand jobs across Illinois.

Training Providers & Employers
​Training Providers must apply to have their program(s) on the ETPL, Institutions and their programs must meet eligiblity, program information, and performance submission requirements before they are listed on the ETPL. Once listed, training institutions manage their own program(s) online.
