This program will provide funding for clean energy workforce training programs that focus on employer connections and pair education and occupational training with work-based learning and supportive services to individuals in need of self-sustaining employment. These workforce development programs must prepare participants with the requisite knowledge, skills, training, experience, and competence to work in the clean energy sector. They must also ensure the participation of targeted populations, communities, and workforce training partners as outlined in the program NOFO.
