WIOA: Performance Counts

The Illinois workforce system is “getting the job done” for job seekers and businesses with skill shortages. Because accessibility and accountability are key to our success, programs are continually monitored in near-real time to ensure our goals are aligned amongst partners. Illinois’ programs also undergo rigorous third-party evaluations.

WIOA Performance Goals are customer based and data driven. WIOA aligns the performance indicators for core programs, and adds new ones related to services to employers and postsecondary credential attainment. Our state’s performance goals must reflect economic conditions and participant characteristics.

And you can see the results here at WIOA Works, including data on training providers’ performance outcomes.
