Request Help Getting a Job

Illinois workNet staff will review your form to see what services may be available.  We keep your information confidential and only use it for record keeping purposes. 

The help request form include questions about:  demographics, education history, work history, barriers to employment, and the type of help you need.  It takes about 15 minutes to complete.  If you can not complete it all at once, you can save it and come back later.
