  • Search page updated with a check box that filters to employer booths that offer remote working opportunities.

  • Employer Entry Form: Primary Contact Job Title is now a required field.

  • VJF Booth Management Dashboard - updated text of booth export to "Export Booths".
  • VJF Booth Management Dashboard - enhanced responsiveness of booth and events export reports.
  • VJF Booth forms - corrected issue: when removing files from a booth the screen automatically takes you to the prompt to remove the file. Before users had to scroll up and find the prompt.
  • VJF Booth forms - Added optional field for job titles. When this information is entered it now shows up on the employer booth page under the Job Information section.

  • Scheduling Tools have been created for single and multi-employer events that are only available to VJF Team and Partners currently identified in CSC groups for each LWIA. Access to this is located in the VJF Manage tool located in Dashboard Dropdown under Personal Tools when logged into your IwN account:
    • Single Employer Request Dashboard:
      • When an employer in the Manage dashboard requests assistance with an event, a record is created in the dashboard for Partner Follow up.
      • Partners will only see requests from employers who have listed a physical location in their LWIA.
      • Ability to add post event follow up information for success and outcomes is now available.
      • Ability to add notes for the events now available.
    • Multi-Employer Request Dashboard:
      • Partners will only see requests from employers who have listed a physical location in their LWIA.
      • Ability to add post event follow up information for success and outcomes is now available.
      • Ability to add notes for the events now available.
  • Updated Event Registration text to remove 18+ from adults option for target audience.
  • Employer form updated to include question if they are interested in learning more about work-based learning opportunities with grant funded programs.
  • Can now retroactively add older VJF events to employer booth pages.
  • Corrected issue of booth re-approval when employer adds documents to booth listing that was already approved.
  • Corrected issue of long links extending outside of the boxes on the employer booth page.

  • Updated daily VJF email to LWIA staff: If no employer booths are pending, i.e. need review and approval, then a link to the VJF dashboard is not included.
  • Corrected issue of when an employer booth is updated to include documents or links it had to be approved again. This reapproval process has been removed.

  • VJF Management button has been added to Dashboard under the Actions column. Clicking this green icon will allow you to manage an employer booth's VJF events, i.e. add your own single employer event or request assistance in hosting a single employer event. Previously it was accessible through the details page of an employer booth.
  • VJF Employer entry/edit form has been updated to include the supplemental Links and Documents that can be added to an employer booth page.
  • Upcoming VJFs will now automatically move to the Archived section on an employer booth page after that date has passed. 
  • Upcoming and Archived VJF sections will now just include the date of VJF events rather than the employer's name and the date. Additionally in the Archived VJF section, there is an informational bubble that will explain that the recording, if available, has not yet been added.
  • Improved responsiveness of VJF dashboard for mobile devices.
