Career Planner Training - Virtual Prerequisite Training
Overview
Career Planner Training provides a high-level introduction to the Career Planner workflow in IWDS 2.0. These sessions are designed to ensure all career planners build a strong foundational understanding before participating in the in-person regional training.
Attendance is required prior to attending in-person regional Career Planner Training.
Who Should Attend (Mandatory)
Any staff supporting customers.
Staff attending the in-person regional Career Planner Training
Example: Career Planners, Career Supervisors, Eligibility Specialists, Performance and Reporting and Trade Assistance Staff
Training Schedule & Registration
Please register for each module by selecting either the morning or afternoon session. You only need to attend one session per module.
