This guide is intended to be used by Workforce Partners participating in the Illinois Department of Human Services Youth Employment and Education programs. This site will be updated on an ongoing basis as the projects progress and materials are needed. If you have partner access, please use the Help Request system (accessed by clicking the drop-down menu by your log-in name).  

Only partner accounts that have been granted access will see this program listed in their CSC - Customer Support Center Group list.

Technical assistance sessions are typically the 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesday of a month at 1:30PM. Special sessions may occur and will be posted. The following list is subject to change.
