Job Training and Economic Development (JTED)

​The Job Training and Economic Development (JTED) Program funds workforce training and supportive services that help Illinoisans build skills, overcome barriers to employment, and connect to in-demand jobs through em​ployer-focused partnerships.

JTED grants are awarded through a competitive Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) process to organizations that demonstrate strong partnerships, equity-driven strategies, and clear pathways to employment outcomes.
