  • Updated the Services Report:
    • To allow new steps/services to be added to the career plan through the report.
    • Changed “Due Date” text to “Planned Due Date”.
    • Require Planned Due Date and allow the Planned due date to be updated for IWDS services. Planned due date is not required for IWDS, but should be included if you are making a plan.
    • To include the instruction section and goal fields in the  export/import.
    • Add a filter for open (enrolled)/closed (exited the program) customers.

  • Updated password reset.  When a partner updates the customers password, it creates a temporary password.  When the customer logs in, the screen they view has been simplified to  clearly show the two options for updating their password.

  • Updated the Career Plan partner view for adding services/steps. This impacts career plans across all programs.

  • Updated Intake Review Tab:  Review WIOA eligibility and Collect Documentation - Require selective service information when the customer meets the criteria for needing this information. Added the following validations:
    • If the user tries to save the Selective Services field without selecting an option, an error will now appear.
    • If the user tries to submit the form, and the Selective Services field is available, an error will appear. If this is the only remaining error, the screen will scroll to the field.

  • Added a Management Report button to the customer list page for easy access.
  • Updated the management report so the customer list for earned credentials would filter to the proper customers.

  • Updated the Customer Support Center Assessment Tools to include TABE 11/12 as an option for Other Assessments.

  • Updated the Customer Support Center Grantee Details area.  Case notes were updated so a history of communication between grantee staff and Commerce is documented with the grant information and is also sent as an email to selected recipients.

  • Updated the Julio Management Report export to include a summary of credentials for each grantee.
  • Updated the Worksite Evaluation tool so staff could resend a request to complete the evaluation or indicate they are completing on behalf of the employer.

  • Updated Dashboard to remove line items that reference Customers who have/do not have synced IWDS Career Service/Activity.  This will be included in dashboards for WIOA Adult programs, but this is not currently a service type for youth. Youth in this program will not be enrolled as an adult.

  • Updated Julio Management Report for WIOA Youth Programs to identify more grantee program information such as in/out-of-school programs and industry.
  • Update Provider Info - Training Program page so that training program information fields would not be automatically cleared out if a different source was selected.  A Clear Fields button was added if the form needed to be cleared because incorrect training program information was selected.

  • Provided Assessment technical assistance webinar.
  • Updated Document Customer Plans and Progress (PDF) to include instruction for syncing IWDS services that did not automatically sync with existing Career Plan steps in Illinois workNet.
  • Added Grantee Details under the Provider menu item at the top of the page.
  • Added Customer Services Report, Credentials Report, and Worksite Placement Report in the report menu item at the top of the page.
  • Updated the intake form:
    • Changed text from "barriers" to "challenges"
    • Added text to let customers know they should not include drivers license as a credential in the Education Level section.  If they enter drivers license information in this section, it will populate IWDS as a credential in their IWDS application.
    • Added print button to download the customer's submitted application with signature lines.
    • Fixed the info bubble so they open to provide more information.
  • Updated Assessment Section  - Added TABE 11/12 to the list of available basic Skills Assessment.  Additional updates will be added since the results are recorded a little differently than the previous TABE results.
  • Updated Dashboard to include a line item for follow-up services.
  • Updated Case Notes to not allow a contact date in the future.
