Returning Citizen Partner Tools Updates

November 14, 2019
  • Updated the sync so the enrollment date is used as application submit date/contact date. This update will make sure the IWDS information is synced on or after that date.
  • Updated the management report to include an export of the table.

October 29, 2019
  • Updated checklist to include Ethnicity.
  • Updated IWDS sync so that email and contact information are not required to sync Illinois workNet information into IWDS. Some of the offenders do not have that information at that time.
  • Updated the offenders' career plans so all of them use the updated default plan. Once the partner selects the Career Plan tab, the plan will be updated.

  • Updated password reset.  When a partner updates the customers password, it creates a temporary password.  When the customer logs in, the screen they view has been simplified to  clearly show the two options for updating their password.

  • Updated the Career Plan partner view for adding services/steps. This impacts career plans across all programs.

  • Updated Kewanee and Murphysboro name to Life Skills Re-entry Center
  • Updated customer list to make the name field autofill, updated the headings, and added the MSR date filter.
