April 28, 2022

  • The Intake section of the Dashboard was updated to correct customers who displaying in both the "Complete Application & Not Enrolled" and "Complete Application & Enrolled".

  • The Julio Management Report was pushed to production for grantee-level users. 

April 6, 2022

  • Educational Functional Level Measurable Skill Gains are now automatically calculated when a customer has a pre and post-assessment that meets the criteria. 
  • The Julio Management Report was pushed to production for state-level users. Grantee-level users will gain access to the report for their organization next week.

  • Users now have the ability to remove goals. 

February 21, 2022

  • The Exit section of the outcomes page was updated to allow users to exit customers without having an MSG or Credential Attainment. 
  • Additional parameters were set around employment and credential attainment exits to ensure the appropriate data is entered into the system before those exit options can be selected.
  • Information text was added to the exit section to highlight how to ensure grantees exit customers with positive performance outcomes. There will be some situations in which customers exit unable to attain successful performance outcomes (e.g., they drop out of the program before completing training).

  • New WIOA approved services were made available to select from in the career plan. These new services fall under the 14 approved Youth Service Elements. 

January 25, 2022

  • The Outcomes tab was updated to address bugs that impacted credentials and closing all services
  • The Employment 101 data that shows on the Career Plan Overview page show the most recent post-assessment results. 
  • The Participant Summary Tools is available on the Overview, Career Plan, and Outcomes tabs. 
  • The Outcomes tab has new information texted added to the Employment and Follow-up sections. 

January 18, 2022

  • Steps/Services within the career plan have been updated to include an Attendance tab. The attendance tab is optional and can be used to track the customer's attendance and identify the required % of attendance for the specific step. ​
