March 22, 2019
  • Updated the Customer Support Center Assessment Tools to include TABE 11/12 as an option for Other Assessments.  

February 18, 2019

  • Added Decline to Participate (gray line) to the Dashboard in the Customer Application Status section.

February 6, 2019

  • Updated the Julio Management Report export to include a summary of credentials for each grantee.
  • Updated the Worksite Evaluation tool so staff could resend a request to complete the evaluation or indicate they are completing on behalf of the employer.

January 28, 2019

  • Updated Dashboard to remove line items that reference Customers who have/do not have synced IWDS Career Service/Activity.  This will be included in dashboards for WIOA Adult programs, but this is not currently a service type for youth. Youth in this program will not be enrolled as an adult.

January 23, 2019

  • Updated Julio Management Report for WIOA Youth Programs to identify more grantee program information such as in/out-of-school programs and industry.
  • Update Provider Info - Training Program page so that training program information fields would not be automatically cleared out if a different source was selected.  A Clear Fields button was added if the form needed to be cleared because incorrect training program information was selected.

  • Updated worksite placements – made enhancements to the process for adding employers and worksites.  Added ability to identify subsidized and unsubsidized wages for a worksite placement.
  • Updated credential entry in the application and the services area to align with IWDS.
  • Added services into the services tool.
  • Update Assessment export to include more assessment information.
  • Fixed the list of contacts that could be selected.  Grantees could see/select LWIA career planners from other LWIAs.  Now it is fixed so they can only select the planners that are working with their organization.
  • Updated links and text in the Youth Apprenticeship Suitability section that includes eligibility/policy information.  The updated links will pull the most recent version of the related policy.

  • Assessment Tool Update:  Fix tools so that it automatically shows all of customers a partner can access.  A future enhancement is to add a filter to display a subset of customers based on Customer Support Center group.

  • Suitability Page Update: Recommended dropdown menu is locked once the customer is a registrant.  The recommended program checkboxes remain unlocked so programs can be added if needed.

    • Updated Grade Level Equivalent Scores drop down menu to ranges rather than specific levels.
    • Fix ability to add Other Assessment Name

  • Updated Observational and Worksite Evaluations to include a download feature to export/print a copy of the assessment after it is completed.
  • Updated Suitability Page - If not suitable is selected, a text box is available to "Explain why the customer is not suitable".  The text is displayed in the suitability section.
  • Added new filters to the dashboard to filter by project type, grantee/provider, and training program.
  • Update Progress Page - Added Individual Service Strategy to the services section under Youth Work Related.
  • Update API  to send IWDS a -
    • Case note when a contact is added to the progress page.
    • Case note when an application is submitted that includes the name of the provider that was selected in the application.
    • County code to IWDS when an application is submitted.

  • Updated Intake/Process Dashboard so that grantees would not see a number for customer who started an Illinois workNet application, but had not selected a provider.
  • Updated Customer List Export - Added the suitability review column to the export.

  • Released the new assessment dashboards that use graphics as well as tables to display the data.

  • Released ISTEP/Progress Page customer view.
  • Updated customer notification to let customers know about their ISTEP summary view.
  • Added customer export button to the customer list.
  • Updated IWDS sync to pull in customer information for co-enrolled customers.
  • Application updates include:
    • Updated the redirect to Illinois workNet once the customer submits their application.  The customer is redirected to Illinois workNet and automatically logged into their account.
    • Updated WIOA pre-screening questions so they will populate IWDS with barriers that impact WIOA Eligibility.
  • Updated Suitability page to match the updated WIOA pre-screening questions.  The application populates the WIOA eligibility section.  This section include a "show" link to show a quick reference to required documentation and related policy.
  • Updated the Training Materials & Videos page with Illinois workNet Tools webinar information.

  • Updated the LWIA career planner notice to request services to be entered into IWDS.  The update minimized the service information to only include the information that needs to be updated.
