Illinois workNet service partners can add their organizations' service or referral information. This is a great way to enhance your outreach efforts and to ensure your community can easily connect to your services.
Access and Manage Your Site Information
To manage your sites' contact, service, and referral information, login to your Illinois workNet account and go to your My Dashboard then select Partner Tools.
Who can use it? Any partner who has account can submit a request to have their service locations or referral information added to the Service Finder.
What types of information should be included with the Service Finder?
- Partner locations that offer services to help adults, youth, students, dislocated workers, employers or educators or workforce partners with achieving career, education and employment goals.
- Referrals to specialized service that help community members get into or stay in the workforce.
Where does the information display? All entries are reviewed to ensure they are legitimate and once approved, they show immediately on the Illinois workNet Service Finder and jobPrep app. Customers can use the filters to narrow their search results based on location, target audience, specific services or referrals.
How is the information maintained? Once your site is approved, the designated primary and secondary contacts can manage service or referral information. We understand that it is very important to display accurate information so we'll send an automatic email notice out every six months to make sure the information is accurate.
