May 25, 2017

  • Application
    • Removed starter application reference and access.
    • Added note to indicate Round for locations are not currently accepting applications.
  • Round 5 Dashboard 
    • Made Round 5 Dashboard the default dashboard for super users.
    • Added line items for non-WIOA customers to include Not Enrolled in a Pathway; Enrolled in Other Pathway
    • Added line items for WIOA customers to include Not Enrolled in a Pathway; Enrolled in Other Pathway
    • Changed text from "Customers Not Assigned to an IRT" to "Customers Not Assigned to a Team / Active Resource Coordination"
    • Changed text from "Customers Assigned to an IRT" to "Customers Assigned to a Team / Active Resource Coordination"
    • Updated info bubble text and format to highlight the criteria for that data point
  • Customer List/Export 
    • Added a search field to search by IWDS number.
    • Added date of birth to export.
    • Updated default customer order in export to sort alphabetically by last name.
    • Added sort arrows in the header to show the rows are sortable.
    • Added ZIP Codes to LWIA 6 and 7 so more customers are identified as eligible and do not appear to have disappeared out of the system.
  • Teams 
    • Updated search feature that is available when you create a team
  • Round 5 Cumulative Report
    • Updated Completion of early-college credit or concurrent enrollment courses to remove N/A and add count for College of DuPage.
    • Updated Placed in Employment/Education to remove N/A and add count for College of DuPage, District 99, and District 214.
    • Updated info bubble text and format to highlight the criteria for that data point
    • Added team filter to cumulative report.
    • Updated the links in the report.  If you only have access to LWIA 7, the LWIA 6 links are not active for your account.

    • Updated to reflect recent updates

November 2016

  • Added a tool to document DEI Orientation participants.  Instructions:  Customers Who Attend DEI Orientation (PDF)

  • Add a count of services and credentials on the ISTEP Timeline.
  • Closing the popup window when adding a case note in the plan.
  • Populate the highest level of education on the Academic/Technical Skills tab in ISTEP (from the customer application).
  • Added Services/Notes/Reminders to data tables for easy searching/sorting.
  • Display Next Steps in the ISTEP timeline check list.
  • Display a link to the Plan on the customer search page.
  • Fixed partner table not filter when adding to a team.

  • Added:  IWDS case note have been added to the customer profile.
  • Added: Teams report is available from the report tab.

August 27, 2015

  • Added:  A breakdown of DEI enrolled customers that are WIOA and not WIOA registrants.  This was added to the dashboard.  Updated dashboard instructions to reflect this change.
  • Update:  Update the dashboard descriptions to include more detail regarding data based on DEI enrollment, WIOA registrant, and not a WIOA registrant.
  • Added: DEI progress instructions were added to the guide and full list of documents.
