The Introduction to Illinois workNet Course is now available for workforce partners. This course provides an overview of Illinois workNet resources and tools to help individuals, employers, and partners reach their training and employment goals. During this course, you will also see different customer scenarios to help show how these tools can be used in a variety of ways based on the needs of the customer.
Upon completion of the course you may earn a certificate and the Illinois workNet Foundations Level Digital Badge. You can also earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to maintain your professional certifications. Additionally, participants will be able to:
Navigate the Illinois workNet Web Portal System to identify training and employment resources and tools,
Assess customers' training and employment needs and apply best practices, and
Utilize Illinois workNet's guides and tools to incorporate into your day-to-day job responsibilities.
