    Illinois workNet Account Security Update

    The Illinois workNet team has added a layer of security to keep your Illinois workNet partner account protected. In order to ensure your account's safety, partners will be required to reset their password every 90 days. This will begin on April 1st.

    When logging in after 90 days, you will see a message stating that your password needs to be reset. You will also see links to one of two methods for resetting your password:

    • Option 1: Have an email sent to you with your username and a link to reset your password
    • Option 2: Reset your password with an email address, date of birth, and secret question
    • Option 3: Reset your password with an existing password

    However, if you would like to reset your password earlier, you may do so by doing the following:

    Login to your Illinois workNet account,

    • Click the My Dashboard Dropdown menu,
    • Select the Password icon,
    • Enter your current and new passwords,
    • Then click Save.
