The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (Department of Commerce) announces the release of the updated Talent Pipeline Request for Applications (RFA). The RFA will support projects that connect talent pipeline solutions for business to make them more competitive, retain workers and avoid potential layoffs.
