Answer

These instructions are the same regardless of whether you are using version 6, 7, or 8 of Internet Explorer. If you are unable to perform any of these steps, please contact your network administrator, who will do this for you.

  1. Begin by opening Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on “Tools”, and then click “Internet Options.”
  3. Click on the “Security” tab, and then click on “Trusted Sites.”
  4. Click on the “Sites” button.
  5. Examine the list of sites for the following entries: a. http://www.illinoisworknet.com/ b. https://www.illinoisworknet.com/
  6. If you see both sites, click “Close” (or “OK”) then continue on with step 10.
  7. Add the missing site(s) to the site list by typing the URLs as shown above in step 5, then clicking the “Add” button.
  8. If the box labeled “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone” is checked, uncheck it.
  9. Click “Close” (or “OK”).
  10. Click “Custom Level.”
  11. Scroll down to “Display Mixed Content” and click “Enable.”
  12. Click “OK”, and then click “OK” again.

Close Internet Explorer.
