Attend a pre-layoff Help for Laid Off Worker Assistance Workshop. Individuals are highly encouraged to attend a workshop to help prepare them for their next steps.
Workforce Network Illinois workNet Center's Laid Off Worker Assistance team will be holding onsite Informational Workshops at Caterpillar Mossville on February 9-11, 2009. The workshops will be held in Building BB in Mossville.
February 9th; 4 sessions as follows:
8 - 9:30 am
10 - 11:30 am
12:30 - 2 pm
2 - 3:30 pm
February 10th & 11th; 3 sessions as follows:
8 - 9:30 am
10 - 11:30 am
12:30 - 2 pm
Workers only need to attend one session. Caterpillar dislocated workers were informed by the company which session to attend.

Participate with a Dislocated Worker Program Application Session to determine eligibility for additional benefits and services. To participate with this session, attendance at a pre-layoff Help for Laid Off Worker Assistance Workshop is recommended. If individuals do not sign up at the pre-layoff workshops they will need to contact their local Illinois workNet Center for instructions and to register for a session.
