Workshops were made available to you under the Workforce Investment Act and were designed to provide you with information to assist with Re-employment Services, Job Training Opportunities, Support Services, Unemployment Insurance Benefits information and more. Because you have lost your job due to no fault of your own, Employees of
Square D are highly encouraged to take advantage of the valuable information shared during each workshop. In order to receive additional services you must visit one of the local centers near you. For a listing of these centers in your local workforce area, please refer to the brochure handed out at the workshops or refer to the illinoisworkNet home page.

- Attend a pre-layoff Rapid Response Workshop. Individuals are highly encouraged to attend this workshop to help prepare them for your next steps.
- Participate with a Dislocated Worker Program Application Session to determine eligibility for additional benefits and services. To participate with this session, attendance at a pre-layoff Help for Laid Off Worker Assistance Workshop is recommended. If individuals do not sign up at the pre-layoff workshops they will need to contact the illinoisworkNet Center for instructions and to register for a session.
