  • Acute: outpatient care,
  • Mental health treatment,
  • Specialized programs for adolescents and children,
  • Rehabilitation and support, and
  • State hospital treatment

The DHS Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse External link will open in a new window provides comprehensive services throughout the state for the prevention, intervention, and treatment of alcohol and other drug abuse and dependency.  These services include:

  • Case management,
  • Detoxification,
  • HIV testing and counseling,
  • Intensive outpatient services,
  • Early intervention, and
  • Residential rehabilitation
