. Applications typically require the same information and ask the same questions. Every application requires personal information such as: name, birth date, phone number, address, etc. Read potential application questions External link opens in a new window and prepare answers in advance.

Some jobs may require potential employees to take a quiz. Again, quizzes may be in paper form or come directly after filling out personal information at a computer kiosk. Quiz questions include different workplace scenarios
