Training Certificate

You responded that you have earned a certificate from an occupational training program. At this point, you are probably trying to decide whether to stay in your current occupation, or look into a different job.

First, try to establish a job plan within the occupation you are already trained for. For example, if you are a licensed auto mechanic, explore your options for opening your own garage. Try to think creatively about where your current skills will take you.

However, if you are sure that you want to change jobs, there are lots of resources available to help you in your journey. You should review wages and trends data in your region, to see which jobs are in high demand in your local economy.

Here are some good starting points for you:

As you consider enrolling in an educational program, explore your options for getting financial help in the Services section, or exploring job information in the Jobs section.
