Illinois Skills Match (ISM) selects and matches the best qualified job seekers with the most suitable employers.     The Senior Community Services Employment Program (SCSEP) , also known as the Title V Program, is a federally-funded program designed to assist adults age 55 and older in entering or re-entering the job market. The Illinois program is administered by the Illinois Department on Aging through the Area Agencies on Aging. Seniors generally work 20 hours per week in a not-for-profit organization. Their salaries are paid for through SCSEP.
