ISM stands for Illinois Skills Match. Illinois Skills Match is an online database that helps connect skilled job seekers to your business. ISM maintains the fastest growing pool of job seekers at every skill level in hundreds of industries and occupations in Illinois.

How does it work? Matches are immediate and occur continuously without your having to submit new information or even access the system at all! You just enter some basic information about your company, the job and the skills required. Submit this information once and the system does all the searching for you while you run your business. Anytime you choose you can go in and update your information.
