Step 1: Determine Employment Opportunities

  • Credentialing Opportunities On-Line tool offers two websites to help you determine how military careers, ratings and experience can translate to meet civilian certification and license requirements.
  • The Military to Civilian Crosswalk tool helps you find mililitary language that you can innclude in your outreach and job descriptions.
  • Create a new hire orientation plan.
  • Become familiar with what you cant ask during an interview.
