If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it to a new password by first entering your username or email address, also your employer identification number, and then answering a secret question. When you registered, you chose a secret question and provided the answer, which was stored (privately) in the database. When you enter your username, you can click the link “Forgot My Password” and you will be asked for your username or email address, and your employer identification number. Once the information is entered click on the "Next Step" button where you will be asked for your secret question. If you answer it correctly, you will be given an opportunity to create a new password.
