Student should meet with a college advisor to ensure he/she has all information about pre-requisites and testing. If all is satisfied and the student has a voucher, they can enroll in the program. The maximum tuition amount approved for this occupation is $5,000.

    21st Century Green Job technology Career program

    A computer recycling and refurbishing

    Training program designed to not only

    put participants in the information technology

    career pathway via A+ certification, but also

    gain employment through a 6-month internship

    of recycling and refurbishing computers to the

    highest environmental standards for use in Cook County

    Non-profits and other agencies.

    Times: 9:00 am – 1:130 pm

    Monday – Thursday

    Length of Program:

    3 month training

    + 6 month paid internship

    TOTAL: 9 Month Program!

    This is a WIA- Funded program

    FREE to those who qualify.
