The Certified Illinois workNet Advisor (CIWA) online course is free to all Illinois workNet Partners. Watch your email and account messages for the pre-registration.


The CIWA online course:

  • Averages about 3.5 hours to complete (Foundation Modules only)
  • Requires no travel or additional reading material
  • Is self-paced (start and stop as needed)
  • Is free; no cost to Illinois workNet Partners
  • Is easy to access (just log into your Workforce Partner account and click "Illinois workNet CIWA online courses")
