The LWIB Workforce Development System Orientation videos are designed for Local Workforce Investment Board members or others who are interested in having an understanding of the workforce system in Illinois, and as an orientation to the role that local workforce investment board members serve in the system.

The video series was developed on behalf of the Local Workforce Investment Board Leadership Association, and was supported by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
