SYEP Work Readiness Assessment and Group Reminder

SYEP Post-Assessment

The post-assessment is automatically made available on the Summer Youth Employment Program Work Readiness Activities Checklist four days after the participant completes their pre-assessment.  A large stop sign graphic and text warns participants “DO NOT START THIS UNTIL YOU ARE TOLD TO DO SO...YOUR RESULTS MAY BE DISQUALIFIED”. Participants will be able to complete the post-assessment up to three times.  They must score higher on the post-assessment at least once, in order to be considered as having a positive outcome for their work readiness goal.

3 steps for Creating Groups and Viewing Pre- and Post- Assessment Results

1) Watch the video Access to Participant Pre- and Post- Assessment Scores located on the Illinois workNet Workforce Professionals Pathway (Resources/Summer Youth Employment Program).

2) Set up your groups

3) Review scores and download an excel spreadsheet (that can be used to update IWDS).
